DFW April Dyno Day

anyone near Collinsville, OK

Whats the deal with vendors? We'd like to show up, but part of our shop is in competition with ART. . I have a few trucks I'll bring otherwise. .

That doesn't look right. It should be a shop near a cul-de-sac. After you turn onto Trademark Dr from the access road go to the end. It will be the second to the last building on the right. The last building on the right is actually in the cul-de-sac.

There should be plenty of parking close to the shop for your rig.

Manufacturers are welcome. There is no cost, however, we ask that you support the chapter by bringing out samples, t-shirts or other giveaways for the participants.

Please, no one that competes directly with ART.

I've been snooping around the other sites that the event is posted on and it looks like it will be huge... hope I can kill some more hot dogs before the event...

I finally talked to Cliff. He's talking about 650+ out of the beast. Better bring your best.

Well the event is almost upon us and I talked to Diesel Power Mag. and they are trying to find a photographer for the event.

Well folks, it looks like we have 20 trucks registered so far. If you have not had time to pre-register I would suggest you do so. There is a finite number of trucks we can run in one day.

To pre-register you need to go to www.centraltexasdiesel.com. Register a username as you did for the TDR board. We need to know who you are for registration. Then go to the events and information forum. This is a free forum so, no charge. You will see two buttons when you open the May 2007 dyno day discussion. Click the Dyno and/or the Show-n-Shine buttons to register.

One note for all of those that register. If you are not ready at the time we call you will be placed after the next truck. We will call for you about 2 trucks ahead of time. This should give you time to warm up the truck. Duallys should already have their training wheels off(outside rear tires). If you miss the second call you will be placed at the end of the list. Sorry, no exceptions.

We will have a show-n-shine contest thie event. Judging will end at 2PM.

Stay posted to http://www.centraltexasdiesel.com for the latest details.

Well Diesel Power Mag. is confirmed and they will be photographing the event and doing a story so to get your rig in a rag ya better be there. Starts at 8am at 200 Trademark drive Buda,Tx.

We are auctioning off the first dyno spot of the day. Bidding starts at $40. You can go to the centraltexasdiesel forums to bid or send a bid to -- email address removed --. All earnings go to support the local chapter. Bidding ends midnight Friday March 9, 2007. Winner will be announced shortly after midnight. This spot will get an extra run. We have a lot of trucks and only one day to run.

Thanks for supporting our local chapter.

OK, how was I supposed to know, no spaces in user name:eek:

Any directions? Trademark Drive isn't on my streets & trips map. See ya there.
