I will make sure of that first. I pulled the edge before it went in. They also tried to get a $300 diagnosis ok before they started and I rejected it. So what ever they are doing now if it's out of warrantee its being done unauthorized.
With your mods you had better make damn sure with them first it'll be under warranty, another one of their games, wait till you come get it and BAM, big ol' repair bill, no warranty due to your mods... . CHECK FIRST!!!

How is that a game? It only becomes a game when truck owners try to hide mods.
The "game" I waas referring to was the one where the ******* goes ahead and "repairs" the truck and has you thinking it is under warranty, then when you come in to get it they inform you that it is not and rape you on the repair bill, and it doesn't have to be a modified truck/car either. Towbin is well known for that!

You know, I would even do that. But who says its the lift pump, it could be high pressure not delivering. My juice is off, I am very concervitive with it and it should leave no scares to find. I'd put a fass on but, it may not solve the problem and I am not in the possition right now to spend money needlessly.
As far as the upgrades are concerned, this may be true if you power up this truck and abuse it's duties. My upgrades were strickly for a little backend when I'm pulling a hill. I never ran my edge above number 2 and never over 38 psi of boost and never above 1350 egts. You tell me where my mods have affected the quality of Dodge parts and caused failure?
If I were to build your "widget" I would expect it to be built well enough to support reasonable widget use, under extreme widget conditions and I would be watching my competition making sure there widget is not any better or more reliable then mine.
Are we really expected to baby these trucks? Sorry my truck is not for show, it's a money maker and it is told to me by the dealer that it is a work horse truck, that's exactly what I expect. Not a truck to sit in the driveway and look pretty.
How about dealers who refuse warranty on parts not related to anything aftermarket on the truck?Y
You guys who spend money on mods, but then don't want to anty up in a problem situation just sley me.
machinemover... dude!! get that truck the hell out of there !!!!!
He's driving an 06 with the lift pump in the tank... . I've not read of a failure of a tank mounted lift pump. .
