2-day pass on Friday only for Indy

From 12pm to 5pm at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis at Gate 3(southside near dragstrip tower)-spectators will be able to purchase two-day passes for $30. This will be the only chance to save money on the ticket prices for the weekend-pass the word.

I'm sure this has to do with you guys being able to gauge how many spectators will be there both days. But I don't see why it can't be like it was the past two years with 2 day passes being sold at the gate. Especially for the people not arriving in town til Saturday morning or Friday night after 5pm.

I don't agree with it either especialy being a DHRA member. Already have to take a day off of work to get there early enough. On the website it says there are NO 2 day passes. $20 each day. So if you can't get the pass for $30 then what woud you charge for a 2 day pass? I suppose $35, but thats a $2. 50 saving per day. I guess that will pay for the fuel from the hotel to the track. HA HA. Really the 2 day pass should be offered at the gates saturday also.

that really sucks, i only live an hour away but its not worth the drive on friday to save $30. (3 passes)

No, you can't do it online. Someone tried to somewhat expain it to me but the end word is they can't do it online.
