I am way more stoked that the 2500/3500 are rumored to be getting a 8 speed automatic trans along with a hp and torque bump around 2012. 5. .

At that, I can probable justify the need to get a new truck :-laf:-laf

I would LOVE a 8 speed MANUAL!!! That would be BADASS!!!!

8 speed is auto only, and at this point in time, ONLY going in the gassers (Charger, 300, Challenger, Ram, etc. )



There are alot of rumors for the heavy duty, among which are an 8 speed auto, also a ZF design built by Chrysler, and I had heard a 7 speed manual. And 425+hp and dual turbos...



I hope they make the 1500 with the V8 Cummins, that would be mmy next ride. It'd make a great daily driver and fun little toy turned up

Almost 2 years ago. . . my, my how things change. It is a shame Dodge isn't even making trucks anymore!!! Not to mention the mighty Cummins is going into a Nissan????
