Does anyone know who makes a double-walled turn down? I would like a 4"x5"x16-20" one. Black is preferred, but chrome is acceptable.

Have you checked out autoanything.com? I know they have turndowns, not positive about bieng double walled. They have a pretty good selection, a little bit of everything. I like to buy local as much as I can, but bieng in nowheresville ohio aftermarket parts for my truck is pretty hard to come by. Ive bought a few things through them, and the parts were generally on my doorstep withen a few days.

I looked for a while for you and came up with nothing. I don't think such a thing exists. Seems everybody makes slash cut double walled tips, but same places didn't offer turn downs.

I guess I'll give a single wall a try.

Will a 4"x5" drone? Should I stick with a 4"?

The nice thing about a 4"x5" is I don't have to cut my OEM tip off yet.

I think the 5 inch tips look better, but it all comes down to personal preference. I did a full exhaust this spring and have yet to put a tip on. Its on the wish list, just had other stuff on the plate that has taken a front seat. What is the idea of the double wall tips other than the looks?

The double wall is supposed to prevent the tip chome from discoloring due to the heat. Some say it helps with drone as well.
