I'm interested in increasing my truck's fuel capacity, but I'm not interested in a bed tank. What are my options for under bed tanks? Either a larger replacement tank or a smaller piggyback tank along with the OEM plastic tank?

I'd like to get at least another 10 gallons (to 44 gals), but a total of 50 gallons would be perfect.

Thanks

I have a transferflow as well. Been using it for 6 years. Really like the extra capacity. Only thing that was tricky was getting it shipped to a business address. They (at the time) did not ship to residential ones.

Worse case scenario you can do the tank vent mod which will buy you about 4 gallons.
Not much out there for a qcsb or a regcab.

What he said. I did a vent mod on my 07 cab and chassis and picked up 8-10 gallons. I regularly put over 60 gallons in my "52" gallon tank.

What is the tank vent modification?
Just guessing here but I assume the factory engineered this for expansion and contraction?

The tanks are set up to have a air pocket to allow for expansion. If you put a vent in the top, the highest point of the tank, you can fill the tank completely. I don't worry about expansion because I shut off when the pump clicks off and I am seldom setting still long enough for the fuel expansion to cause me a problem. If I were to fill completely full early in the day during the summer and park, I would have a problem, but I don't do that.
