First let me say the owners manual seems to be written in a language that I do not understand. I watched the DVD as well...

The NEUTRAL button under my 4WD Selector Knob? It has a LED that momentarily lights up when the truck is started, I have pushed the button several times and nothing happens, what is its specific FUNCTION?
My COOLED SEATS, originally I was able to simply go into the head unit and select to have them come on HIGH on startup, after several software updates it no longer does this, HOW DO I SET IT BACK?
Is there a way to have only the drivers door unlock when I grab the INTERIOR door handle and open it to get out? Currently ALL doors/tailgate unlock.
Is there a way that I can disable the ALARM CHIME that goes off every time I get out of the truck with it running and have the key in my pocket? Simply giving me 1chime and maybe a warning light on the dash is sufficient... No need to terrorize the other occupants in the truck cause I have the key!
Is there a Ram Trucks for Dummies Remedial Course available?

When I trade and if the course is available, I'll sign up for that too.:-laf

If you play with the settings on your center screen it eventually brings up everything you need. Good project while waiting for the wife to get out of the store. I set mine to only unlock the drivers door but after awhile it went back to unlocking them all again. I think it has a mind of its own.

Similar to getting used to a new version of Windows.

I believe the neutral button puts the gears in neutral for towing

when you change any of the personal setups (cooled seats, steeringwheel heater, radio, seat position, etc) you have to save it with your memory profile 1 or 2. you can also program your FOB for memory profile 1 or 2

I think I remember seeing the option for the unlocking, its in your UCONNECT options somewhere.

:)

Some of the answers is in the manual. I'd like to know how you can program the truck to shut off after x amount of cool down. The manual says, see your dealer.

puts what gears in neutral for towing? for towing a trailer or for the truck being towed?

For the truck to be flat towed with all four wheels on the ground----as in behind a large RV or Diesel Pusher motor home.

I had used the phrase "flat tow" and then edited it before posting....

I think that certain styles of PTO's require the transfer case in to be in neutral for operation.

And then there is the Saturday Night Kegger / Clambake scenario that results in being flat towed home on a 3" tow strap behind Bubba's Chevy after one too many "Hold my beer and watch this" stunts......

(Not that I would have any working knowledge of events like that....)

Mike.

I believe the manual says you cannot shift into 4wd low/lock without first putting the diff into neutral first. 2wd to 4 high can be done at speeds up to 50 mph. How do I turn my bloody radio OFF?
My sig is still correct, (for sale) but I just drove home in a 2014 Ram 3500 4x4 single rear, cc, Aisin, lots of unnecessary options, har har. Not gospel on the advice, I was wrong ONCE before.
