Well it's already getting hot and I still have no ac even after 2 new compressors the first was bad and was popping fuses so I Finaly got that sorted out but again no ac the compressor Is cycling and it blows cold for sometimes about 15 minutes sometimes 5 seconds doesn't matter how hot or cold it is outside I know the condenser are mashed up pretty bad I got it out of a junk truck that had over 600,000 miles I'm wondering if I replace the condensor if that will solve problem ... Also the factory service manual say I should add oil when replacing the condensor ? Any other ideas
Thanks

Did you flush the system when your other compressor failed? New drier? New expansion device? Vacuum pulled on the new system before it was charged?

Yes new drier and expansion valve was installed I don't know if the shop flushed it or not ? Probably not since most shops want to do everything as quick as possible and make as much as possible on each job

Any reputable shop will flush a system to get rid of any contaminants. Otherwise you could wreck a brand new compressor within minutes.*

So the compressor cycles even when you are blowing warm air or does it kick out *then start blowing warm? *Need to check high and low side pressures to get an idea of what's in the system. depending on wether or not your compressor is cycling I'd say you are either low on refrigerant or possibly have a restriction somewhere. Could also be due to a plugged off condenser.*

If your stuff is still under warranty I wouldn't even mess with it. Take it back to the shop and let them at least assess it.*

Ok it finally showed up . I've already spent 500 almost 6 at the reputable shop I'm not spending anymore every time they ***** something it costs me more money and it still ain't fixed*

"I know the condenser are mashed up pretty bad..." Likely it's overheating the AC system being unable to cool the R134a gas. Could also be full of debris from the past unknown number of compressors that dumped debris into it. They can't be flushed out reliably. Check the system and if debris found: Replace condenser with new, warranty or otherwise replace compressor, replace orface tube, replace accumulator, flush system, add oil if compressor shipped dry, vac, and recharge. Otherwise just get a new condenser in there, add make up oil, vac and recharge.

Have you considered that the AC refrigerant system may be working properly and that maybe there is a problem in the ventilation system, such as a blend door not holding its position? That could match the symptoms that your are experiencing.

I understand your frustration.

Have not thought of that
