Picked up a 2015 Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel

I ended up selling my TDI back to VW so i needed another vehicle, so after a week of searching i found a 2015 GC Limited ecodiesel up in NY. on Long Island with only 1680 original miles, it was as close to new as i could hope for, even the satellite radio trial and Uconnect had never been activated.

I drove up on a Saturday and picked it up, Ive been driving it for 2 weeks now and so far I'm lovin it, great ride and plenty of power, Avg 29.5 mpg so far mixed driving.

As for the trip to to NY nothing in this world could make me do that again, $200 in tolls i bridge alone was $50 and 7 hours waiting in traffic, Ill stick to the country.

Curious, which bridge was so costly. I would like to avoid it.

They are very nice driving,just be sure to maintain it by the book.It is no where near as robust as the Cummins

If he had ez pass (used in Virginia, in his sig)it'd be less. All bridges connecting ny/nj are that rate (PAofNYNJ) If he came by me, he crossed the Verrazano, which is under different authority (MTA) and that one is even more! 3ax is $56 cash. If he came GW, he'd have to cross the Whitestone which is also MTA but less than the VZ.
It's unreal.

The VZ is free to Brooklyn, which makes a decent loop when going to Manhattan (return thru nj) but there's a move from Brooklyn to toll the vz both ways to cut the truck traffic coming through there and onto the BQE.
At least I get a resident discount on the VZ. still a heavy burden when working in the other boros.
