FYI--TDR member Flopster843 has completed a prototype install of a full flow HEPA charcoal filter for the HVAC in our trucks.

He has a thread with part #'s and pix here about it, but I cannot find it right now.

I searched for the above and found it on forum B. It looks like he had a filter made for 3rd gen air boxes, not 4th gens. Nonetheless, pretty cool idea.

I should have done that to begin with as I'd have to scrounge around again to find it. I searched "Flopster843" on forum B and went through his postings.

Photobucket, a formerly free picture hosting site decide to pressure people into paying almost $100 annually for pic hosting. They sent out notices of the impending changes, but if you don't pay them (and let's face it...how many people are going pay $100 year to have pictures posted that are ONLY helping out OTHER people if anyone??), your pics no longer show up in thread links linked to them. Pretty ingeniously destroyed TONS of information by changing the rules in the middle of the game. There ARE workarounds, but AFAIK, they are dependent on the OP initiating them, which obviously is nOT going to happen in the far majority cases, particularly for older posts.

Don't know for sure, but I doubt it....likely their "user agreement" allows for any and all such changes with notice... they probably even "own" the content once posted.

That's a god idea. I wrote "Cab Filter" in big letters with a white colored oil based marker on mine. Figured it my help the next person who owns my truck.
