Little publicity on it, but the EPA got Mercedes/Freightliner last year with the Sprinter 2.1L diesel like I own. They were perfectly fine in 2014-2016 but they wouldn't allow them to sell them in the US beginning with the 2017 model year. From what I understand, MB had hundreds of vans on the ground at their SC plant and couldn't ship them to the dealers. I think it is only a matter of time before a lawsuit and or settlement is issued in that case.

Harvey should respond, "Miss me yet." He was always insightful, it is unfortunate that he sold his truck.

It is shameful that the same Shapiro Hogus and Bogus law firm (don't want to honor them by using the correct name)h has set their sights on Ford.

Trump's team need to slap the epa and cafe in the head .But their busy with this Russia nonsense.
May be the epa people are trying to get a bonus.

Someone explain what the gripe is. Unless Ive found the wrong info or I'm not understanding something the trucks preform correctly in the environmental situation they decided on. Outside of the programmed cheat that vw used.

Yet when the vehicle is under load, or outside of the ideal situation its emissions goes up yet are still under the maximum allowable exhaust emissions.

Seems like that's the way it's supposed to work to me.
