I used one for years in my GC as DD, after I get used to it it was fine. Sure not for everyone.
Yeah, not saying it can’t be done... it’s just not ideal and even tougher in a diesel pickup and worse if you tow.

For a TrueTrac in the front axle, what was the part number? I have the LSD in the rear, but was thinking of upgrading my front open diff to a truetrac.I used one for years in my GC as DD, after I get used to it it was fine. Sure not for everyone.

Is it this one? https://www.justdifferentials.com/Dodge-9-25-AAM-Truetrac-p/tt914a643.htm
Yes it is, I have the same in my Ram, works great.
Not noticable impact in normal driving but there in off road situations.
Would buy it again.
Great addition.
Even better then a selectable as it works even while cornering .

I had purchased the front Trutrac and a Dynatrac free spin kit online thinking I could do it myself but those grand plans didn't happen so I finally took everything to Dan's Driveline in Las Vegas.
Hi
You are still happy with the job that Dans Driveline did?
I'm asking because I'm going to switch my axle ratio to 4.10 and looking for a reputable shop in the Vegas area.
