Probably a disc for sale that has all these but here are the Drivability tests I ran across.

Going great. Got the brake work done on the '63 new MC, hard lines, hoses, it already had newer wheel cylinders and shoes.

Pulling the seats later today going to start the work on some home made seat covers.

Moving on to the leaf springs, took apart the new springs and degreased them and getting ready to POR15, then going to use some Delrin like material supposed to make them pretty good riding.

Working on my new springs, took them apart and started the process to put some UHMW liners inbetween.

Pretty sticky process, then tossed in the blaster to do a final clean up.

Will POR15 these then do the liners and back together.

Have to source the UHMW liners, it's a roll product .015" thick stuff that is self Adhesive deal.

It's in interesting product kinda have to be pretty clean, the normal stuff it's not UV stable so it turns brownish and gets pretty ugly if sun exposed, so a top coat is recommended.

I will probably top coat with standard chassis black.

I recommend to use a needed scaler before doing the POR15, we use that stuff for more then 20 years in Europe and it's great. But shouldn't be applied over flacky rust.

Great suggestion.

Luckily I have brand new spring packs, I had to disassemble them, degrease all of them, then I tossed them in the blast cabinet. It's not a super aggressive media, but it does a good job.

Then I have the POR Metal Prep. Then you get to the POR15.

It was alot of prep for sure. That's why it takes forever to do this kind of stuff.

All in It's 86' of this DuraSurf BSR UHMW material for all 4 sets. That will go inbetween the leaves.

Should have the liner material 29th - 2nd is what McMaster tells me.

Hi Tim finally got it to pass smog. Did a full ignition tune up, new O2 sensor oem. Replaced all vacum hoses and vacumed check all dash pots.
