Dodge added this recirc baffle in 04.5, I assume due to the higher HP ratings and the need to keep recirc air from going thru the cooling module at idle and also to keep ram air from bypassing the cooling module at highway speeds. Since I've modified the engine, I figured I may as well keep all of the air going thru the cooling module. Also helps to keep my air filter dry. Baffle was less than $15 at the local Dodge dealer.
