Installed my DiPricol EGT probe in the exhaust manifold just after cylinder 3. This was the most stressful modification I have done to the truck.
However, as everyone on the website has said, once you're into it, it is relatively easy. Just take your time and use a magnet to remove all of the filings that fall into the manifold.
I also used a right angle drill from Harbor Freight. It was $24.95 on sale and it really helped because the cowl doesn't allow a normal drill to work.
