I installed this myself. It was pretty straight forward but took quite a bit of time because you have to fish fasteners and backing plates into the boxed rails. No holes to drill into the rail.
I had to drill 4ea 1-3/4" dia holes into the bed for the 1/4 turn pins. I measured as instructed, but I drilled 1/16" dia holes in the proposed area and dropped an unbent L-shaped paper clip thru the hole to ensure the large hole would be centered with the frame bracket below. Good thing too, because I must of drilled 3 to 4 tiny holes to get centered with each bracket.
