I am trying to get a wiring diagram for the cruise control on my 97 dodge 2500. Also does any of the wires going to the 3 buttons on the steering wheel have key on power, and if so which one(s)?

My 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 has the codes p0121 and p0123. When driving with light throttle at about 10-15 percent, it will suddenly lose power and sputter/missing. Cycle the throttle one or twice and it returns to normal. During the sputter/miss the scanner reads throttle position at 0 percent...
