Update replaced theflasher really it slowed it down to blink normal, but left front is still dim and when lights are on the left indicator is still let up until you turn it on

2001 24v H.O, so on the dash the left turn signal stays lit until you turn the turn signal on flashes really quick on the dash and the light itself is also really dim Already replaced the bulb, any ideas of what to do next? Fuse is also good
