    Actually, our warranty is an extended warranty purchased with the vehicle. It runs out at 100,000 miles and we aren't there yet. I really don't know how to explain it. You turn the key over and it does everything it should do. It sounds like the engine is about to start but it doesn't.

    when you turn the key the motor starts trying to turn over but it never actually cranks. I was just reading that it's possible that the Bully Dog chip messed up something in the computer. If it's that I know the warranty won't cover it. Hopefully its something else.

    We have an 07 3/4 ton Dodge with a standard transmission. It has a Bully Dog chip on it. Today it died going down the road. When you turn the key over it tries to crank but never cranks. The Bully display shows a key error. We tried both of our keys. Neither will crank it. Ideas?
