My biggest disappointment with my Ram are the stock headlights & driving lights. Im looking for experience and advice for improvement without creating issues. Appreciate any thoughts.

Received the security bypass cable and cleared the code. So far so good !

I ended up driving home and using my own tool..pulled P24B5. Checked fuses and wiring. Nothing obvious. I don't have the access cord so I couldn't try to clear. Any thoughts appreciated.

'21-3500 The dreaded "ding" & CEL came on about 500 mi from home. Seems to run fine. Is there a way to pull the code out without my scan tool ? I'm curious before we start the trip home.

I have plenty of old pre def trucks to play with. I wouldn't consider tampering with this one. Besides the $$,$$$.$$ just too much at risk. And I agree the folks that choose to are just ruining it for the rest of us.

Topzide thanks I really do like the truck (so far). It's a pleasure compared to my 2005 3500. Just have to get accustomed to all the emissions and electronics. I really don't miss shifting the 6spd. What is your opinion of the Centramatic balancers ?

John, idler bolt broke off. Tensioner is ok and tight but looks tweaked from being yanked on. Good point though i will look at it carefully whe i take it off. Would think of i didnt get it indexed right it would have misbehaved sooner
