sorry I couldn’t help with your questions. I had a lot of maintenance to do the rig so measuring was the last thing on my mind. But you can always buy them, measure them and then return them. Just a thought
Whenever temps are below 20° and my truck is off for a good 10 hrs then I get the “service air system” too but once running it turns off almost immediately. 2018 3500 CC Aisin 133k miles
Unloaded my truck is exact height regardless of setting I leave it in. I notice no difference in ride quality (once loaded with GN) between ALT vs normal. I like the system bc I never sag and blind ppl with my lights. So far the system has been great. The only fear I have is the serviceability...
there’s another thread On here about this exact thing someone emailed KYB and apparently they are working on one for us. Supposed to be ready my summer 2020. Hopefully it’ll be a big improvement otherwise we might at well stick to the stockers
I agree. It can’t be anything too different but I have heard the air systems are very sensitive so I didn’t want to be the guinea pig on trying different shocks as I use my truck for work so didn’t want to deal with any possible issues. Hopefully someone on hear will try something different though.
Only place I’ve talked to who can get you the correct aftermarket shocks for auto level suspension is Thuren but they quoted me $2500 for custom King shocks
