One of them weighs about as much as 3 of the stock ones I think,. The hardest part of the install was spreading the pockets and wrestling those heavy dogs into place. I did it out in Kantishna 90 miles off of the highway, and have driven the alcan since, looking for a good alignment shop that...
I replaced mine with some from Dodge Off Road, made in USA, they rock, tightened everything up. You may have to press apart the pockets to fit them in but good stuff, and way burly.
Howdy all,
Finally getting all the stored parts installed. I am installing an ATS exhaust 3 pc manifold, a 4" MBRP exhaust. So I am just piling up all the bits and pieces. The parts store is about 20 miles away, and it is a small one, well stocked considering, and is supported from. Fairbanks...
Yep, I got the new borgeson box and power steering pump installed at CN Performance Diesel, in Post Falls, Id . I had already installed the new shaft. It steers like a dream best move I made for sure, those guys did a great job.

I'm upgrading to the new borgeson box for better steering, I'm thinking about maybe adding the brace later on, the DSS, would have to be modified to fit the new box anyway wouldn't it? Might still end up with adjustable control arms. is your truck leveled? The folks at KORE sy the lift hieght...
How about Pocatello area? Need to get the steering box replaced and the cruise control sorted out, maybe even get the Kore leveling kit installed and get the front end aligned.
Hey Jim,
Any luck yet? I will have one available in May when I get back and installe the MT steelies on my truck. Would be up on the Clark fork over in Montana- visiting the family around then.
Good luck
Howdy Bob,
finances have said just replacement of the steering box maybe one of DJ's steering braces http://www.dodgeoffroad.com/store_DORbrace2g.php and the oil leak. Since I replaced all the stock steering linkage, I figure to change the track bar and stuff when it gets ready for replacement...
