That's good to know. Other than that, I love the trans. My wifes cousin has a '09 regular cab with a G56, he's very hard on things and it's lasted 186,000 miles with still the original ATF in it.
Yes, if I shift a little higher in RPM range it seems to slide into 3rd easier. This may not make sense but, almost feels like the synchronizers aren't spinning fast enough(if that's how they work), when I'm below 2K RPM. If anything the AMSOIL has been an all around improvement. I knew I was...

My '16 RAM 3550 SRW seems to almost always have a small grind as I shift from 2nd to 3rd. All the other gear changes are smooth and you really cant feel much, but 2nd to 3rd, more time than not seems a little notchy. I typically shift just under 2K. Has anyone else with a G56...
