As stated, the shift lever on my G56 broke inside the rubber isolator, left me stranded at a plow job. Luckily, the truck was in neutral, as I was putting it into reverse, it snapped. I had to stand outside (my truck was behind the building) and wait for another companies truck to finish his job...

Solved! AMattson and ThunderRoad nailed it. Funny thing is, there was no fuse in #38 at all. I guess I should have worn my glasses the first time. This aging thing is getting old. Thank you to all that replied, and to TDR for attracting people way smarter than myself. Augie

I have done a forum search, and can't find the answer. What fuse and where is the wiring for the "always on" right side outlet on an '06? I have pulled the dash panel and tested it with a circuit tester, so I know the outlet itself is ok, there is no power to the outlet. Thanks to all, Augie
