starts hard,runs good I change the filter and cleaned the pre filter,it had some alumnium particles in it. Checked the lines,they looked good but I will replace them with marine grade lines. It still will not start at 60 degrees unless the heater is pluged in. This happened over a 6 month period.

12 valve with 130,000 has a slow rugh idle on start up. Will not start below 60 degrees. Runs excelent when warm. Any idea whats wrong?
