thanks for the response. seems to be getting worse. sometimes the delay is more like 10 seconds. if i don't have a running start at a hill it will dog it all the way up. i get about 5 psi of boost during the delay and on the hill. are these all signs of a injector pump? only code i am getting...

truck has been doging it from a dead stop and it takes a few seconds for the turbo to kick in. been like this for about 10 days. today the engine light came on and 1693 is showing up. anyone know what 1693 is?

I've read all the posts and nobody seems to be having the same problem . It seems like there is a 5 second delay from a dead stop . We've checked fuel pressure at the filter housing and the injector pump . Tried reseting the TPPS . No luck . Help . 01 2500 4x4 QC LB no bombing yet
