    1998.5 24 valve shuts off and restarts immediately idling and driving

    The codes i pulled today were. 1682, 1388, 1389, 1693. Curious if it could be alternator related. I have a mean green hi output on it. Will check tomorrow with voltage meter.

    Driving down road any speed will shutoff, its a 5 speed so you dont need, to do anything it will coast about a 100 ft and take right back off. If idling it just dies. Fires right back up. New vp44, fass system and new filters, added grounds and checked and cleaned all grounds. Replaced ASD...
