Damn,I finally got this swap done!After months of trying to find someone with the correct mirrors that would swap out with the 06 mirrors I had,I would have gone with the manual mirror. But now with all said and done they are sweet. Thanks for the wiring schematic. That made life much easier...

Ah,that would MIRRORS,unless someone wants to swap trucks. Yeah it is a little confusing,but I'm getting kind of desperate to find 03-05 tow power,heat mirror. This is a huge long shot but my only last option. Thanks

Trying to find anyone out here with a 03-05 truck with tow,power,heat mirrors,that might want to swap for my Mopar 06 tow,power,heat mirrors. I know this sounds like a long shot,but this is what I'm left to do. I'm trying to do the tow,power,heat mirror conversion on my 01 which was not a option...

I thought about that but the part# is the same 82207298 or something like that. I'm not going to take apart more than I have already done(swapping internals). I'm going to be stuck with manual mirrors. I could try the needle in the hay stack and call around to different Dodge dealers and hope...

What I had ordered is the 03-current(06)mirror,there is no 03-05 unfortunately!Right now I hoping to find a good person with a 03-05 power,heat,tow mirror willing to swap for my brand new 06 Mopar power,heat,tow mirror. Any volunteers. You guys that did before 06 I hate you. J/K

I'm trying to find a friend or anyone that may have a 05 with the tow,power,heat mirror that wouldn't mind swapping out with may 06 tow,power,heat mirror. I think my chances are slim to none. I'll probably have to just go with my 01 manual tow mirror.

Update,30 minutes on the phone with Wyatt Earp,they said that the mirror I have covers power heated mirrors from 02-current. *uck!Looks like no power heated tow mirrors,just the manual. Anybody out there selling a set of 05 power heated tow mirrors let me know.

I'm having the same problem with the newer mirrors being different. Dang I know this was going to happen,$497. 00 in 2 sets of mirrors,would have been cheaper and easier to ahve bought a new truck. Can I still get the 05 power mirror?
