It is LSD. If the clutches are toasted, will this leave me stranded or just make noise going around corners? How do these clutches get replaced? Am I looking at a rebuild?
I had to drive 80 miles with my spare tire. 265 vs 315. I did notice a vibration just before I stopped. I temperature or the diff cover was 220* when I stopped. I don't want to get stranded on my next trip to the lake. I did change the fluid.

My gut is telling me it the VP44. My wallet is saying it runs fine when it's warmed up. The rmp's do jump around with just the turn of the steering wheel? Has anyone else had a similar experence? Thank in advance!
I have an chance to purchace 600 gal of two year old fuel used for an emergency generator. The fuel has treated with Stabil and we live in a dry climate. Should I purchace? Thanks for you input.
My brake and abs light just came on as well. My mechanics code reader said i had an open curcuit on one of the abs sensors. I have to buy a hole new hub to fix it. In my experince, buy cheap, buy twice. Good luck.
As I was comming back into town at the first stop light I noticed some smoke. It was light gray and only at idle. The truck seemed to be running normally. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Every morning I need to push slowly on the throttle. If I push fast say to jump into traffic, there is a 1-2 second delay. I tested the FCA and it tested fine according to Genos suggestion. It does not do this when the truck is fully warmed up. Im hoping someone could point me in another...
I was taking off from a green light with my foot in it when around 2nd or 3rd gear, it just reved. I quickly let my foot off the throttle and all was back to normal . Is my torque converter letting go? Thanks in advance. Ben.
My fuel pump just failed and im looking for the best option. The truck is gonna stay pretty much stock, what is the easiest fix? where would I locate a intank pump if thats the way to go? Thanks in advance.
