Will I have to unlock the ECM if I contact Phil from Anarchy still? I'm confused on the "plug and plays" options and having to unlock the ECMs with something called a Bully Dog. Somebody told me I have to buy that to unlock and it's pretty expensive I believe.

Thanks for response! This would make since because before I bought the truck it had all new stock injectors put in. Maybe they didn't balance the injectors right. I really appreciate the response!
