I had the same issue last year and checked voltage on the APPS. It was too high. I replaced it and fixed the issue.

I have nothing to hide, Emissions are intact, zero modifications. Just frustrated that now, it has problems that weren't there before. I have to take time to take it back for them to troubleshoot and that is a pain in the a$$.
