2005 Ram 2500 48re Skipping/Quick 2nd Gear
Front band adjusted to 72 inch pounds and backed off 1 and 3/4 turns, even over tighten it a bit to stretch it a little bit to make sure it was properly torqued. How long was the break in period? It was a transgo shift kit and all the work was done by me.- Brandon Kiehm

2005 Ram 2500 48re Skipping/Quick 2nd Gear
Hello, I have a 2005 Ram 2500 with the 48re with 227,000 miles and Trans was rebuilt at 200,000. About a month ago I installed a Transgo Shift Kit, Sonnax billet accumulator and servo, a GM solenoid upgrade and a new front band.
