2017 3500 with 75k miles here with a new amber check engine light never seen before. Did the 3 key on off test and get the usual start up info I see all the time which is ....service tire pressure system --done--. Then perform service. Then service airbag system. Oil and fuel filters...

Got a 2017 ram 3500 6.7 srw with 70k on it and I changed the oil 3 weeks ago, put in exactly 12 quarts (did not pre-fill the oil filter) and noticed it’s overfilled! A good bit it looks too...the oil goes up past the safe lines as you can see in the pic. And sadly it’s also black already...

So I found a coat of oil around the transmission which looks to be leaking at the seal in a few spots (front and the side). So I got here a 17 3500 6.7 tradesman, 8ft bed, not dually and I'm wanting to add the cab clearance lights on the roof of the cab. Anyone done this? I have to layout and drill and seal the lights and my main question is power hook up. I'm told some models have a pre run wire harness going up...

So... I've got a question on cargo lights here outside above the truck bed. I have a 2017 ram 3500 tradesman crew cab 8' bed 6.7L 2x4 and the cargo light will only come on when i push the cargo light switch just below the light switch....I would like the cargo light to come on when a door opens...
