This is from Oregon Fuel Injection, they have other diagnostic info to look at but I had this problem once before.
The KSB unit on the injection pump uses a temperature sensor in the intake manifold to advance the pump timing when the engine is cold, which reduces blue/white smoke.

Ozy I was never able to find a way to check my dump valve but I did spend a little time yesterday made this brake line up to bypass my abs block. However it did not fix my problem.
Ya I did haven’t had any issues. Drivers side ran one 14 gauge wire from ground next to wiper fluid reservoir, connected both grounds to that underneath. On the passenger side I used the ground right behind the battery and ran it underneath an connected both to it.
I’ve put these lights on two trucks, the connection that plugs into stock lights is junk, the pins wobble around and both times hi and low beam were backwards. I cut the plugs off both sides and soldered wires. The location of my ballast required me to lengthen all the wires coming out the back...

Check your passenger side ground cable, one of them y’s and has two plug ins. One connects to a cable in the same loom as alternator wiring. Lot of important grounds definitely would keep it from starting.
I feel like I need to say this only cause I’ve had so many problems with ARP studs and I don’t want you to go through the same hell I have on multiple occasions.
First off I have only ever bought and used the 425’s the more expensive 625’s might not have this issue can’t say one way or another...
