1994 cummins automatic dually we have pulled the fuse and the switch off the truck and still they are on is there anything else we can do to make them shut off

i have 1994 dodge cummins dually automatic the park lights will not go off i have pulled the fuse and the switch off of the truck and they still stay on when you cut the switch off they dim but dont go off the head light and dash lights go with the swich but not the park lights

i was pulling about 2 000 lbs on a 90 modle dodge five speed 3. 05 rea end it got hot a couple of times pulling hills but other same size hill it wouldt though

gears 3. 73 would be better because it will get better fuel milage 4. 10 will hold speed better with a load but hurts your fuel milage.
