I re-upped and I’ll do it again. Using the U-Connect app to send destinations to the Nav is simply the best workaround for not having use of the keyboard while moving. My wife has the app on her phone and when we travel, she searches for a destination and POW it is there.
Yelp is useless, the...
Found this article this morning. Are we looking at the end of our diesel trucks? The article does include RAM in the list.
I’ve had a premonition that diesel would be heading out of our lives. It is one of the reasons I purchased my RAM when I did.

My 2016 68RFE will run at 150 as it warms up. I’m in New England and I saw temps in the high 140’s just running unloaded up the highway to Boston recently, temperatures were cold outside too, like in the low single digits.
I feel the same way about tire age, 5 years is plenty...

No need to explain, I am in complete agreement about Michelin’s tendency to dry rot.
I give a typical Michelin 5 years at the outside, before dry rot takes them.
As I drive 15,000 to 20,000 miles a year, I tend to wear them out long before that anyway. i am after smooooth.
As smooth as I can...
After some 32,500 miles, I finally got rid of those awful Firestone tires my truck came with.
i elected to go with my standby, Michelin. In this case, the tires are the new Defender LTX M/S in the stock LT 285/60-R20 in an E load range.
My dealer gave me a competitive price, got tires with date...
My opinions about tires have been formed by owning and working in an automobile repair shop for some 30 plus years.
There are always exceptions to “the rules” no matter what rules we are talking about but in general, rules are helpful.
I judge a tire by how it works as it ages in terms of...
With 32,000 miles on the original Firestone’s, I too am in the market for tires this fall.
I am likely to purchase Michelin LTX’s for the truck but I will keep my eyes open until I decide.
I am not a fan of Toyo’s products, Cooper makes nice tires, I see that Continental has tires in this size...
I own a 2500 with air suspension and love it!
I’d say that the ride is pretty docile, even compared to my previous 2010 F-150. There is still axel tramp over small bumps with the Ram as you simply can’t get away from the reality of the heft of the axels in these trucks but the ride is very, very...
Still waiting for an update for my ‘16 804an...
My last update was sometime about 1 year ago.
I keep checking the site with my VIN and it says I am up to date.
Guess I will simply wait?
