    Left-rear turn signal...

Im chasing the same issue. Only its both rear turn signals and rear hazard flashers. From my beginers use of a volt meter, Ive concluded theres power. First it was the passenger flash out then a few weeks later the drivers side went. Along with the coresponding hazard blinkers respectively. Im...

The infamous drive shaft vibe resurected... and a possible real cure.

So, from 30-35mph & 60-65mph my driverside rear corner area of the tail gate and bedbox vibrates. I also can appreciate the vibration, not in the steering wheel, but just feel it, kinda in the seat and everyplace else but the steering wheel. I rotated the POS goodyears and no change... I...

    Failed my CA SMOG

Thanks! Removing the cat and placing a straight pipe hardly 'tampering'. Those that are hollowing out there cats and reinstalling, now thats trickery! :-laf This is interesting, I've often wondered the specifics of a diesel cats function v a gasser. Also, wonder how much NOX, CO2 and other...

ideas and advice for a 3G tailgate repair

Hey Dude! So, this is on the outside lower corners just above the bumper, right? If so, sounds like maybe the rear wheels are spraying everything in that areas direction. Maybe some mud flaps? Does your truck have the black plastic wheel well molds? Other things that come to my mind are...

    Failed my CA SMOG

Ok, so I kinda figured I would maybe fail, given that I did not have a cat. I tried to pass of the MBRP muffler as a cat but apparently , the dude was educated, o well :). Anyway, I do have or I should say had the cat but its still in NYS and reportedly in a condition of questionable...

    Vibration Hell

Glad you got to the bottom of the vibration. I've noticed similar symptoms with my truck. '06 2500 with just shy of 60k miles, only i feel the vibration at exactly 30mph and then again at 60mph any change +/- by 2-3mph and the vibration goes away. I've also noticed that the passenger side back...

    Fuel pressure increasing??

Yep, sensor is probably shot! All new filters and removed old sensor for inspection/cleaning and now gauge is pegged at 40psi max. Thanks for alls' help! Anyone know where else to get just the replacement sensor for the electrical ISSPRO's EV² Series gauge? Or just at the source at ISSPRO?

    Fuel pressure increasing??

Yes the sensor is on the FASS in the pretapped location. My assumption (never a good idea) is that its after the filters. I say this only because of where the NPT tap is in comparison to the discharge port. Plus I got figure that post filtering psi is what everyone would want to know. Unless...

    Fuel pressure increasing??

Yes, electrical is fine. After all it worked great for about a year. Actually it still does work well, it's just off by a few psi. Unless the FASS gets better with age ;)!!

    Fuel pressure increasing??

So, I've had a FASS 95 installed on my truck for over a year now. It still has the original filter and separator on it with about 10000 miles racked up. My issue is the fuel pressure gauge originally started at 17-18 psi from the NPT fitting on the FASS pump and stayed put for a good chunk of...

    Suspension problem after Mag-Hytec install

WOW! That is exactly my issue. Seriously, those pictures could have come from my truck. So what was the final result? Did you keep the cover on? Has it cracked yet? Thanks! It feels good knowing I'm not the only person with this is issue. For the record I too got my cover through Geno's...

    FASS and old filter

So, I want to run the supply line from the fass, that would should be attached to the CP3 pump, to the intake port on the stock fuel filter instead. My concerns are fuel back flow through stock return, resistance going through stock filter, and which port is the correct one?!!? I would like to...
