    48RE Bogs Engine Down when Cold and 1st Shift from Park

    I had the same problem after I rebuilt transmission, turns out it was my Torque Converter, intermittently would lock and unlock, based on temp, finally one day it just stay locked. The place I bought the Torgue Converter from was nice enough to exchange for a low stall Torque converter.
