i would get them flow tested, also replace the o-rings, you can order them from cummins. I don't recomend cleaning them with any chemicals. Just wipe them down and oil them before install.
there is a rubber line thats a fuel return from the fuel rail on the back side of the cylinder head which cracks and leaks simple fix. just use push lock hose instead of rubber fuel line.
