Thanks for the the input all are very informative, but what I am asking do you think the FASS fuel pump and filter system is as good or better than factory fuel supply system. I normally keep a vehicle especially a diesel for a long time 200k miles plus so I am looking at the long term.

Hey I want to thank you all for the responses and input as the regen issue, I believe I have discovered the source of the smell. As my wife was undergoing some medical treatments and she discovered that she could mask her passing gas as the truck going into regen. :-laf

Not really looking at improving overall performance of truck, but these fuel filter changes are killing me, between 130 and 160 dollars in parts each time. So I was wondering what is the consensus on the FASS fuel system, I mean the filters are less than 30 and after 60k miles it will have paid...

I finally got back to the CUMMINS world. I just purchase a 2014 2500 SLT MegaCab 4WD with the 6.7 and and a 68RFE. So what can anyone tell me good or bad about this model of truck. I sure do like the mileage I am gettin so far.

I checked with my techs and they confirmed this, You know just replaced my transmission, I also enquired if this should throw a cel and they said not that they are aware of get me the codes and I will run it by my techs

Just replaced mine with 130k, listened to radio all day while working on jeep, then no crank, charged overnight with trickle charge and still low cranking amp
