VernDiesel, I appreciate your response. Great info. And I thought I drove a lot. ✌

Thanks again
I have 382k miles on my 2004.5. Never had the valves adjusted. Ever. She runs beautifully and doesn't burn a drop of oil. Just had an oil analysis done. Perfect results for the millage. Zero blow by. Original stock injectors. :)
I only have best luck with Michelin tires. I always get exactly or little more miles than they say. I use Michelin LTX M/S2. Guaranteed for 70k miles. I have 377k miles on the truck and have purchased a tire or 2. Also my Dodge is a 4x2 3500.

Ok guys, I've been a Dodge Diesel lover since 2005. I bought my first in 2006. It was a 2004.5 3500 SRW. I bought it with 54k original miles. I still own her as of Feb 2018 she now has 377,xxx miles on original engine and injectors, original transmission. Runs and drives perfect. I'm in Florida so...
Rotella 15w 40. Fleetguard oil and fuel filters. 2004.5 Ram 3500. SRW. 374,500 miles with original engine and injectors running stock air filter too. Original transmission. 99% stock truck. Never used synthetic engine oil. I do use it in my transmission. Still runs super strong. Even the paint looks decent...
