I think I will just run the turner on the stock setting so the only difference to the truck would be the delete and down pipes.

I have talked to the dealership about that, they are the ones who installed everything and will cover anything that breaks even with the turner. The main reason for the turner is to take the EPA junk off. Plus if this was the case the owner before me had the same set up.
