    I live here in good ole Commie-fornia and recently got this notice in the mail and couldn't help but laugh! I drive a 96 single cab long bed Cummins with no mods and apparently it "smokes too much" haha! Couldn't believe it.. Let me know if any of y'all have gotten this as well..
