Sorry for taking so long to reply. I did change the 90 degree hose. I also change the pre filter seal. Today it was blowing more black smoke that white but I have noticed a strong diesel smell from the exhaust. Almost like there's unburnt fuel in the exhaust.

I have the Geno's cup holder in my 95 and kind of like it. I have a 5 speed and the shifter hits cups in the left holder when going into reverse and right holder in first. It's not the best but better than the stock holders.

Check for play in the bushings. I use a pry bar between the control arm and mount to see if there is play in the bushing. If its worn you should see play.

I know on 99-02 there are 2 different sized bushings used. You can tell what size by what size bolts are used. I change the bushings on my 95 with Energy Suspension bushings and had no problems. I had the smaller bushings (9/16 bolts, 5/8 bolt is larger bushings). See what size bolt you have...
