    i am just wondering why do i need to delete the grid heater? is there no grid heater on a 5.9? and if there is why would i delete it? also if i take the covers off and turbo exhaust manifold and intake do i still need to remove the radiator cross member?

    Thanks a lot for your reply I am semi mechanically inclined ( I guess that means not a lot about diesel if you don’t mind putting up with a newbie. My understanding is to get the engine out you have to tilt the cab back to the box. Do you know of any proper videos for that? Thanks Dalles

    I am trying to install a 2008 6.7 in my 2004.5 3500. Has anyone done this and if so what changes were made. My understanding is the block is the same Can the exhaust brake and turbo be hooked up or do I need to use my old turbo? Can I just take off all the pollution equipment and use my ecm?
