    Power Loss no Check Light

    First time Cummins owner owned only Fords before this. Having a issue with my 98 3500 24v. Sometimes truck has no guts at throttle than picks up at 2k rpm and is fine or has no guts til i park and restart. I got a video of my tailpipe at start and idle its smokes a little didnt do that before...
