Towing 5th wheel to campground. Lost power and CEL came on. Code p0106 map sensor. Got to campground and checked for vacuum leaks. Checked the intercooler connections and there were no holes or splits in hoses. Pulled map sensor and it had a good bit of build up. Sprayed MAF cleaner on it...

I found my old fan clutch and installed it. Codes went away. The only reason I replaced it is because it took awhile to warm up in the winter and it spins faster then the dorman. Of course the dorman didn't work either.

Just for ****s and giggles, I checked my DTC's with the Smarty Jr. I didn't have a CEL. It had codes 480 and 483. I know they are for the coolant fan. I just put a dorman viscous fan on about 8 months ago. Could this fan clutch be bad already?? I've been having temp problems(running hotter than...
