    waist gate opens at 2500 rpm

    i have a 2006 dodge ram on the way home from Moab when i went to down shift to a passing gear and went to 2500 rpm it would drop all boost and take a moment to get power again this would happen at any speed. is their an adjustment on the waist gate or is the turbo shot?? is this the issue...
