Hi, don't know if you got this fixed yet, but my 2003 did same thing. The $50. 00 wheel speed sensor on top of the third member was and is the problem. Mopar sells a lot of these. Cheap plastic housing breaks and damages the very fine wire inside. Hope this helps.

i got 100,000 out of mine when it failed. i cut it apart, what failed was the brushes. there was no brushes left. went with a fass 95/150 much more power than new. stock pump only puts out about 7 psi and drops to about 1-2psi at wide open. fass about 17 psi and drops to about 12-13 psi wide...

Oo. You guys need to cut the old filter apart. As is designed, it does separate the water as the water is on the bottom of the can. The diesel floats on top of the water and is sphioned through holes above the water drain level.

Should max out no more than 17 psi.
