I want to put bigger tires on my truck, but I dont want to mess up my speedo. I have heard there is a way to recalabrate it, does anyone know where to get what I need?:confused:
You may be right about the low rpm thing, I don't know. But as far as not holding up to torqe it was enough to pull the front wheels of my Mustang off the ground and run a mid 11 second pass in the quarter mile.

I can tell you from past experience with a Mustang 5. 0 with about 400hp that nothing hits harder than a centerforce dual friction clutch. I used to lanch at 5000rpm on 10 in. slicks and had to upgrade my axles because I twisted one off at the light !

As far as my opinion on the LTX's my 2000 came with them and I cant say im real impressed with them. The milage seems good but I live in snow country and I find myself shifting into four wheel more than I think I should have to, even with 600 lbs. in the back. Ill be shopping for...
